Anka holiday rental villa is located in Kaş district of Antalya. The rental villa in Kalkan is ideally designed for conservative families. All kinds of equipment are offered as customized in the villa, which is built as 2 floors. All kinds of equipments are sheltered for the conservative villa, which is about 3 km from the city centre and the beach. The villa is large enough to accommodate 4 guests in total. The villa includes both an outdoor pool and a sheltered indoor pool. In addition, 1 Jacuzzi in the bedroom is placed for the comfort of vacationers. With a magnificent sea view, you can enjoy your holiday either in the outdoor pool or in the heated indoor pool as you wish.

NOTE 1: The pool terrace of our villa is 60% sheltered.

NOTE 2: The last 100 meters of the road to the villa is a steep slope.

NOTE 3: In low seasons, extra £30 cleaning fee is required for rentals under 5 nights.

NOTE 4: There is an indoor heated pool in our villa and pool heating is included in the price in winter. The standard heated pool water temperature is 28 degrees.
