When you enter the villa, you find yourself in a generous sized open-plan living space which if fully fronted by full height windows so you can take in the scenery at every opportunity. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for a self-catering holiday with an island with hob and integrated breakfast bar as well as a dining area which overlooks the pool and sea. A large L shape sofa and TV/entertainment area provide plenty of space for times when you want to relax at the villa.

The bedrooms are carefully arranged for your comfort with chic furnishings. 4 doubles and 1 twin room are available. All bedrooms are en-suite with high finished bathrooms and powerful showers and each room has access to either a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy another aspect of the seascape tableaus.

This property is in the higher area of Kalamarfrom here you can walk to the high street in around 20 minutes. As the return journey to the villa involves lots of uphill walking it can be quite challenging especially in the summer heat so you may choose to use the local taxi services which run day and night. The villa is fitted with a security camera and alarm and private parking is available if you want to hire a car.
