La Mer Deluxe is a modern duplex house with 2 rooms, for 4 people, with indoor pool and spa area. La Mer Deluxe Shield is in Kördere location and 6-minutes drive to the centre of Kalkan and 15 minutes away from Kaputas beach, one of Turkey's most famous beaches. La Mer Deluxe is carefully decorated and offers views of Kalkan from the terrace area. The windows in the living room, from the floor to the ceiling, ensure that the interior of the house is filled with light. Apart from families and groups for four people, there is a honeymoon room designed for honeymoon couples, indoor pool / Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and sports room. In order to stay comfortably in the winter, the house has under-floor heating and the pool is heated. In summer, cooling is provided by air conditioning. The total indoor area of ​​the house is 225 m2. Due to the fact that La Mer Deluxe is also adjacent to our Villa La Mer Azur villa (for 8 Person), it is possible to rent a total area for 12 people together with this villa, if desired.

Note: Under-floor heating and pool heating are switched on from November 1st to April 30th and is included in the price. Apart from these dates, an extra fee will be charged for the opening of the pool heating.
